This version of Don Quijote was told through Sancho, Don Quijote's sidekick, who is called in for an investigation. By framing the story as a theater production gone wrong, our protagonist takes on the role of Don Quijote so deeply that he becomes Don Quijote himself in reality.
Don Quijote's world was depicted with authentic and classic elements, reflecting his chivalric ideals and timeless quest. In contrast, the modern world was portrayed with mundane and chaotic visuals. By highlighting the continuous clash between idealism and reality, the production resonated with the harshness of the modern world, ultimately leading to Don Quijote's poignant downfall.
